Julie Wright Student Showcase
Julie Wright has been a vocal coach for over 20 years. Her approach is based on the needs of the individual singer and her aim is to enable them to fulfil their potential whilst encouraging them to ‘work hard, aim high and have fun!’
The Showcase is a yearly event which gives singing students the perfect opportunity to gain valuable experience of performing in a professional environment and celebrate their continued progress and development.
As well as Pop and Musical Theatre, Julie specialises in audition preparation and many of her students move on to top performance schools including Bird College, The Urdang Academy, Performers College, Trinity College, Rose Bruford College, Sylvia Young Theatre School, Laine Theatre Arts, Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts, Miskin Theatre and Wilkes Academy.
Julie Wright Management is an agency promoting young performers into the world of Theatre, T.V, Modelling and Film. Julie has formed trusted relationships with leading children’s casting directors, and regularly secures castings for shows including ‘Matilda’, ‘School of Rock’, ‘Charlie & the Chocolate Factory’, ‘Les Misérables’, ‘Oliver’, ‘Shrek’, ‘The Sound of Music’, ‘Annie’ and ‘Billy Elliot’.
Having worked in theatre, T.V and cabaret from the age of 16, Julie currently performs a tribute to Barbra Streisand with a small orchestra, which has taken her across Europe.
