One of the worlds best blues guitarists, Texan Buddy Whittington spent 15 years (from 1993 to 2008) as a member of John Mayall and the Bluesbreakers. The band had always had great guitarists, such as Eric Clapton, Peter Green, Mick Taylor and Walter Trout, but Buddy energised it with original and fiery ideas. In 2008, he formed his own band, and made his first solo album.
